This MPS universe teems with interesting folks and unique stories. Straight-laced suits, drunk service technicians, leaders with vision, Sales Managers who don't know Steve Schiffman.
In general, I have met great personalities and people out here - sales people, owners, CEO's and shipping clerks.
All with one common thread: we didn't grow up telling our mothers we wanted to be copier or MPS Sales people.

I believe, those we meet along the trail, sometimes, rescue us from a mundane existence. I also consider myself fortunate to meet readers of this tome in webinars, on the phone and heaven forbid, IRL (in real life).
It is in this vein, I introduce a fellow traveller, our newest contributor here at DOTC. She is a seasoned industry insider; MPS maven, Agent of Change, Evangelist of the Self.
Other than her writings, her identity remains a delicious secret. She will go by the name, "LivingOnTheEdge".
I am not sure where or how to position her, I trust she will be flexible as I promised to be kind.
Yet, dear reader, I will have her, in multiple ways present a fresh perspective from all around our Managed Print Services Ecosystem.
Intrigued? Dare I say, titillating?
This will be fun.
Be assured, she possesses a level of fearlessness - she does not shy away.
