Copywriters Evaporate: Why the Audience is Finally Taking the Stage

Where the audience reigns supreme.

In the world of art, there has always been a false notion that the artist, performer, manager, and provider hold the key to success. This idea has been reinforced by the numerous award shows and accolades given to those who create. However, with the advent of the fear of Covid (#WFA) and AI (#ChatGPT), it seems that the tide is finally turning. The audience is now being recognized as the true driver of success in the entertainment industry.

"DaVinci had a great mind. But, it is how the product (Mona Lisa) impacts and makes the customer (beholder) feel."

For far too long, we have elevated the creators to a point where they believe they are more important than the viewers. But, as we all know, if the end result is subpar, the audience will let the creator know. This is why the audience holds the real power in the relationship between creator and spectator.

I've been saying this for a while now, "DaVinci had a great mind. But, it is how the product (Mona Lisa) impacts and makes the customer (beholder) feel."

This quote highlights the true relationship between the creator and the audience. True artist creates for their own pleasure, not for popularity or money. It is only when "businessmen" get involved that the pure intent of creation gets lost.

Despite this, there is a silver lining in this Brave New 1980 Luddite world. The fear of Covid and the advancement of AI are forcing us to be better. In the face of these challenges, artists must strive to create works that will truly impact and make the audience feel. Only then will they truly succeed.

It's time to acknowledge the true power dynamic in the world of art and entertainment. The audience holds the key to success and it's time for the artists, performers, managers, and providers to step aside and let the crowd take center stage. The end result will be a better, more impactful, and more enjoyable experience for all.

So, let's raise a glass to the evaporating copywriters and the rising power of the audience. Here's to a better and braver world of art and entertainment.

Cheers!

Copywrites evaporate.

This is what's happening: Thanks to the fear of Covid(#WFA) and AI(#ChatGPT) the Artist, Performer, Manager, and Provider are FINALLY being exposed as less important than the audience.

Has anybody considered the crowd's reaction?  If the end results sucked, the audience would let him know.

Far too long, we've held the creators up high - to a point that even THEY believe they are more important than the viewers.

Think I'm wrong?  How many award shows exist and WHY?

I keep saying this, "DaVinci had a great mind.  But, it is how the product(Mona Lisa) impacts and makes the customer(Beholder) feel.

That is the REAL relationship.

True artists create for their pleasure, not to be popular or even for money.  It takes the 'businessmen' to mess all that up; It is the Way.

The good thing is, and always has been, this BraveNew1980Luddite world forces Us to be Better.
